Our RTOs

The CPAA has partnered with the National Care Academy (NCA) family of RTOs for Nationally Recognised Training.  Whilst the Pharmacy Care Academy delivers credentialing related to the ACOP and MMR training program, the NCA’s other RTOs specialise in upskilling aged care staff, including health professionals and pharmacists.  The NCA also provides our CPAA members with the opportunity to complete Nationally Recognised Training in specific aged care skills-set and micro-credentials, such as palliative support and dementia care.

We also encourage and support our CPAA Members to pursue formal qualifications as a Trainer and Assessor, which in turn enables our Member onsite pharmacists to deliver an embedded upskilling training service for client aged care staff.
